Customer Service Awards

1. Eligibility:

– Entrants must be individuals nominated by a member of the community.
– Nominees must be associated with a business within the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup.

2. Nomination Criteria:

– Nominations must include the name of the nominee’s business or local service.
– The nomination must specify the reason for exceptional customer service provided by the nominee.

3. Limitations:

– Only one winner will be selected for each award cycle.
– Nominees cannot nominate themselves, their staff, or a past winner within the last three years.

4. Award Cycle:

– Awards will be drawn every three months.
– The selection process will be supported by the Donnybrook Bendigo Community Bank.

5. Prizes:

   – The winner will receive $100 worth of shop local vouchers.
   – Additionally, the winner will be presented with a certificate of recognition.
   – The winner’s achievement will be promoted through the Donnybrook Balingup Chamber of Commerce Inc. (DBCCI) website and social media platforms.

6. Acknowledgment and Consent:

– By participating, nominees acknowledge that their name and business may be publicly announced as part of the award process.
– Winners consent to the use of their name, business name, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the award.

7. Disqualification:

– Any nominee found to have provided false information or engaged in fraudulent activities related to the award process will be disqualified.

8. Judging Process:

   – All nominations will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by the Donnybrook Balingup Chamber of Commerce.
   – The decision of the judging panel will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
   – The winner will be selected based on the information presented and any additional validation as required by the judging panel.

9. Privacy:

– Personal information collected during the nomination process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Donnybrook Balingup Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Awards.
– Nominees’ personal information will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
