On behalf of the Donnybrook Balingup Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc, we are pleased to share that the Round 4 “Customer Service Award” winner is Belinda Delaporte from The Mushroom at No 61 Café in Balingup!
Belinda has been a familiar and much-loved face at the café for around 15 years, and her nominator summed it up perfectly:
“Belinda has worked at the cafe for roughly 15 years. She has amazing customer service skills and always so welcoming and friendly. The cafe wouldn’t be the same without her.”
Visitors and locals alike know The Mushroom at No 61 for its warm atmosphere — and Belinda’s genuine care, friendly smile and consistent professionalism play a huge part in that. A big congratulations to her and the whole team for creating such a welcoming spot in the heart of Balingup.
Belinda received $100 in Shop Local Vouchers, proudly sponsored by the Community Bank Donnybrook. We had a delay in catching Belinda by surprise as it is busy times for everyone. DBCCI President Iain Massey was the delivery man for the task.
